  Well it's night time that we go through there the fries are always cold, you never get lettuce or tomato on your spicy chicken, when you ask for stuff to be a certain way it never is, just don't go there anymore!!

  best i have ever been to. jonathan the manger is very professional and has been for years. orders correct for years 3 days a week because of where i work. get food for people at work late night. 30 to 50 dollar orders at time. disapointed when he is not there. he is why i come back and do not go to eastgate

  Last night, Jan 31, 2017 my boyfriend stopped at this Wendy's to get some food since he and I were hungry and he was passing by from leaving school. When he returned home and we began to eat, the food was horrible! The chicken was almost not edible and there was barely any lettuce on the sandwich. On top of that the fries tasted like crap! Like they just sat there in grease and got super hard. I ate like 5 fries and had to throw them away along with my sandwich. So did my boyfriend. The food from this location in Newton was NASTY! I will be telling a lot of people to never go to your Wendy's, ever. This is a huge disappointment specially with fast food markets wanting to make more money. The people may have been nice but that was just lazy and a poor excuse to not cook fresh food. I do not care if it was almost 11 or not it was still horrible and we were very hungry and I had to wait for my boyfriend to return home from school. We are very upset with this and will never return to probably any Wendy's at all. You need new employees or really need to teach them real cooking and hoe the food should be fresh!
